Your experience begins with a one-on-one consultation with Daniel McKnight, the award-winning Head Chef who founded Jack's Ovens. With Daniel's expert help, you will create a bespoke menu together that is ideally suited to your event and the guests who will be in attendance. Daniel will make sure that any and all dietary requirements are catered for so that every guest can enjoy a delightful banquet of premium-quality fare.

Once the menu is finalised, Daniel will get to work using all of his extensive culinary experience to carefully create your chosen dishes. The Jack's Ovens team takes great pride in its work, choosing only the finest ingredients that are locally sourced wherever possible. You can rest assured that all of the food and drink we provide is lovingly prepared and will create a lasting impression on your guests. 

Our premises and processes have been rigorously assessed on repeated occasions. We are proud to have, on more than one occasion, been awarded an official five-star rating for Health & Hygiene so you can relax safe in the knowledge that your food has been prepared to the highest possible standard. 

Jack's Ovens operates from a beautiful vintage Citroen van that has been fitted out with state-of-the-art equipment. Fully decorated for your event, our van will make just as big an impression as our food does when your guests see us arriving!
